Rhonda Willingham Robinson

Rhonda Lynne Willingham-Robinson, lovingly known as “Red”, fulfilled her assignment here on earth and transitioned home to Our Heavenly Father on December 21, 2022.   She was a native of Tampa, Florida, born on September 26, 1963. 

Rhonda loved the Lord. She accepted Christ as her personal Savior at a young age. She always said, “God is in the details” [of every situation we endure]. Her favorite scripture was, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”, Romans 8:28.  Her final home of worship was the Life in Christ Community Church under the leadership of Pastor Arthur L. Randall.

Rhonda graduated from Leto High School in 1981. After high school she went on to work as a Legal Secretary until she found her true professional calling, Fashionista.  For more than 20 years, Rhonda was a true Creative Force and entrepreneur.  She was the creator and owner of “ME 2 U”, Traveling Nail Salon. Her professional portfolio consists of  make-up artist, cosmetologist, fashion stylist and interior design.  Rhonda’s signature style statement was to be fierce and to dress impeccably well.  She had the ability to make everyone around her look and most importantly feel fabulous.

Rhonda was an uplifting spirit who greeted each person she met with a wide beautiful contagious smile for you to carry with you when not in her presence.  Her highly infectious laugh and sense of humor was the basis of her creating life long friends and associates. She was graciously generous to those she knew as well as to strangers. She was always willing to lend a listening ear and to offer advice and comfort.   She was a loyal friend who’s compassionate heart, loving demeanor, and humorous personality lead her to establish many life long friendships.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her Mother, Betty Willingham; Grandparents, Jack and Ira Willingham; Brother, Michael Willingham; and Sisters, Janice Willingham and Antonette Daily (Roderick); and Nephew Dante Harvey.  

Rhonda leaves to cherish her memories: her loving husband, Leonard Robinson; twin sister Rosalyn Willingham; two precious daughters Antrissia Donaldson and Brittani Johnson; and by extension of God’s Grace daughters, Lori Nelson, Jamie Johnson (Elliot), and Dana Robinson.  Grandson, Josiah Johnson and Granddaughter, Jada Pittman.   Grand God-children Timothy Johnson, Jr., Olivia Johnson, and Adeline Johnson. Nephew Christian Knight.  Grand niece Ari Knight.  And a whole host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
